Using technology in public safety is essential to protect life and property, per Article 144 of the 1988 Federal Constitution. SINESP and PMSC Mobile have already demonstrated how technology can improve data collection and management efficiency. However, the city of Penedo, Alagoas, lacks a system that facilitates crime reporting and optimizes security agents' activities. This gap compromises data collection and rapid response to incidents, limiting the agents' ability to act proactively. Given this, the objective of this work was to develop a mobile application for monitoring public safety data, allowing the recording of crimes and the creation of a unified database. The system includes features such as georeferencing of incidents, user registration, and an S.O.S. button for emergencies. The project has already resulted in a functional prototype and the patenting process has been initiated with the INPI.
